Agents Teamwork – Create Contact v.2

Learn how to use the Agents Teamwork software for creating a new contact working for a business account and add it in the database of potential customers.

Here is the address book of all contacts of the business accounts in database. You may Edit a contact by clicking on the edit button in each row or create a new one from the corresponding tab below.

Notes

• Keep in mind, by creating a contact in a not existing business account, the system will automatically create the business account record as well. In this way, you don’t have to create the business account first in order to create the contact. However, you may need to update the business account record with additional information at a later stage.
